


Her career started in Personnel Management through to Social Work and Teaching in Schools and College before changing career to be a Top 30 Senior Financial Adviser out of 800 at Barclays Life. Her Barclays Oswestry branch was ranked second nationally which led to her promotion to set up and lead a National Bank Liaison Training Team.
Her team consistently achieved tripled results in branches they partnered with. Jane went on to work for the National Sales Director running a mortgage project which quadrupled mortgage leads.
Jane has worked freelance for 11 years as: project manager tasked initially to rejuvenate business area for Liverpool Victoria – programme rolled out across company and shortlisted for a Financial Times Arts and Business Award in recognition of innovative culture change; Head of Training for Newton Investment Management/Mellon Global Investment; Head of Learning and Development at The Law Society; and various roles and work with Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, Wesleyan Mutual Assurance Society, Human Tissue Authority, Peepul Centre Leicester, Greenwich Leisure Ltd, Body and Being, Healers Trust, and Sutton Cancer Support Centre. Following the success of the LV project Jane has partnered successfully with actors in business since 1999.
Throughout her career Jane has coached many Senior Executives and Board members. She continues to mentor business and personal clients.
Jane’s work is underpinned by her solid academic and vocational qualifications including a degree in Sociology with Psychology, Teaching Certificate in Further Education, Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression, teaching qualification in Colour Mirrors and various forms of Energy Healing. She has studied with a Romany woman The Way of The Shuvani who were the Romany Wise Women.
Amidst Jane’s varied career she’s also found time to be the Guest Relationship Expert on Graham Torrington’s "Late Night Love Show" with a reach to over 1 million listeners and in 2009 she also featured strongly in a BBC1 "House Swap" programme.
